  1. Lead and manage a team of vision center associates to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.

  4. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In The Optical Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Of Opticians, Optometric Technicians, And Support Staff.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Vision Care Products, Services, And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Vendors.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field Preferred.
