  2. Conduct inspections and identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues, promptly reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Utilize tools and equipment to complete maintenance and repair tasks, following all safety protocols.
  4. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks, ensuring that all items are stocked and in good working condition.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance and repair tasks in a timely manner.
  6. Respond to customer and employee inquiries or concerns regarding maintenance issues, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and completed work orders.
  9. Continuously monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of store facilities, including restrooms, entryways, and parking lots.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in general facilities maintenance, and make recommendations for improvements or efficiency.
