Stocking & Unloading Associate

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Stocking & Unloading Associate to join our team at Walmart! The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent physical stamina, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will help to maintain the store's merchandise shelves and backroom inventory by stocking and unloading products. Responsibilities:

• Unload merchandise from shipping vehicles and place in designated areas

• Stock shelves and backroom inventory with merchandise

• Ensure shelves are stocked and organized according to store policies

• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to store management

• Assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers

• Unload returned and damaged items and process accordingly

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory management

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
