  1. Efficiently and accurately stock and unload merchandise in a timely manner.
  2. Organize and maintain store shelves to ensure a neat and visually appealing shopping experience for customers.
  3. Follow safety protocols and procedures while handling merchandise, equipment, and heavy items.
  4. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to assist with unloading and stocking.
  5. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and complete assignments within designated time frames.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity in stocking and unloading processes.
  11. Assist with other tasks as needed, including but not limited to, restocking shelves, assisting with inventory audits, and fulfilling online orders.
  12. Comply with all company and legal regulations regarding health and safety in the workplace.
  13. Display a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all interactions with team members and customers.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  15. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values and brand.
