As a Stocking & Unloading Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our inventory is organized. This position requires someone who is physically fit, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic.   1. Responsible for ensuring shelves are fully stocked and inventory is organized in a timely manner.
  2. Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items and performing repetitive tasks.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  4. Unload and sort incoming merchandise and ensure it is distributed to the appropriate areas.
  5. Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management.
  6. Restock shelves and rotate products according to company guidelines.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  8. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with locating products and answering questions.
  10. Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently to meet daily productivity goals.
  11. Proactively identify and report any damaged or expired products.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and work as a team player.
  15. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
