2. Unload delivery trucks and ensure all products are accounted for and in the correct location.
3. Ensure that all merchandise is labeled and priced accurately.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including aisles and backroom storage.
5. Assist customers in locating products and provide excellent customer service.
6. Restock shelves and displays as needed throughout the day to maintain a fully stocked and visually appealing store.
7. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock levels to management.
8. Follow safety protocols and regulations when handling merchandise and operating equipment.
9. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet store goals and objectives.
10. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity in stocking and unloading processes.
11. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
14. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
