Stocking & Unloading Associate

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Stocking & Unloading Associate to join our team at Walmart. We need someone who can help us start and end each day with a smile, while ensuring our shelves are full and our customers are happy. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with an eye for detail and a commitment to customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift 50 lbs., and have experience with stockroom and inventory management. Responsibilities:

1. Unload and restock inventory in the stockroom in a timely manner
2. Monitor stockroom inventory and place orders when necessary
3. Move goods from the stockroom to the sales floor
4. Provide excellent customer service to customers while stocking shelves
5. Monitor store shelves and restock items as needed
6. Clean and maintain the stockroom and store shelves
7. Receive and package deliveries
8. Process returns and exchanges
9. Follow safety protocols while handling heavy items
10. Follow company policies and procedures for stocking and unloading
