Stocking & Unloading Associate

At Walmart, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stocking & Unloading Associate. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, efficient, and has a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all stocking, unloading, and inventory tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. The successful candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have prior stocking and inventory experience, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, we are looking for a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and is able to take direction and collaborate with other associates.

Responsibilites for Stocking & Unloading Associate:

• Unloading and stocking incoming merchandise
• Ensuring proper inventory management and accuracy
• Operating machinery and equipment for stocking/unloading purposes
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficiency
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
• Ensuring products are stored in the correct locations
• Inspecting merchandise for damage and reporting any discrepancies
• Assisting with other tasks as needed by supervisor
