  1. Develop and execute product strategies for Conversational AI technologies to enhance customer interactions at Walmart.
  2. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and new product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  4. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, including creating product roadmaps, conducting user testing, and monitoring product performance.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Conversational AI technologies to continuously improve and innovate Walmart's products.
  6. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure alignment and support.
  7. Analyze data and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and drive product enhancements.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for product development.
  9. Train and educate cross-functional teams on new product features and functionality.
  10. Uphold Walmart's values and commitment to customer-centric thinking in all product decisions and actions.

Job Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise In Conversational Ai Technologies: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Conversational Ai Technologies, Including Natural Language Processing, Speech Recognition, And Chatbot Development. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Advancements And Trends In The Field.

  • Product Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Product Management Role, Preferably In The Field Of Conversational Ai. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products And Features That Meet Customer Needs And Drive Business Growth.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Industry: As Walmart Is A Retail Giant, It Is Essential For The Product Manager To Have A Strong Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Including Customer Behaviors, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape. This Knowledge Will Help Them Develop And Execute Product Strategies That Align With The Company's Goals And Objectives.

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making Skills: In Order To Effectively Manage A Conversational Ai Product, The Product Manager Should Be Able To Analyze Data, Identify Key Metrics, And Make Data-Driven Decisions. They Should Also Have Experience With A/B Testing And Other Methods Of Measuring Product Performance.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Staff Product Manager, This Role Will Involve Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineers, Designers, And Business Stakeholders. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate And Drive Projects Forward. They Should Also Be Able To Present Their Ideas And Plans To Senior Management And Influence Decision-Making.
