Senior Manager - Technology Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful operation and maintenance of the company’s technology infrastructure and systems. This position requires exceptional problem solving, communication, and leadership skills, and a passion for developing cutting-edge technology solutions.You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, as well as 7+ years of experience in a technology operations role. You must also have a deep knowledge of IT systems, enterprise applications, and service delivery models, and be committed to delivering high-quality services. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the successful operation and maintenance of the company’s technology infrastructure and systems.

4. Manage the budget of technology operations and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Analyze and report on system performance, and identify areas of improvement.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of technology policies and procedures.
7. Develop strategies and plans to ensure the security and reliability of the company’s systems.
8. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the technology operations team.
9. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
