  2. Oversee the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and supplier management.
  3. Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  5. Analyze and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
  6. Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and marketing, to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
  9. Monitor and track procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  10. Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential new suppliers and develop strategic partnerships.
  11. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management regarding procurement strategies and performance.
  12. Continuously review and improve procurement processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders and invoices.
  14. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to procurement and ensure compliance.
  15. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
