- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the Omni & Platforms Technology division.
- Serve as a key partner to senior leadership in the division, providing HR guidance and support to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top technology talent, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any organizational or people-related challenges within the division.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training and development needs for the division and ensure effective implementation of programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement within the division.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the division, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting Walmart's core values and promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Senior Manager In This Role Must Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of People Partners And Drive The Overall Success Of The People Strategy For Omni And Platforms Technology At Walmart.
Extensive Hr Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Talent Management, Employee Relations, And Organizational Development. Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Large Organization Is Preferred.
Strategic Thinking: A Senior Manager In This Role Must Have A Strong Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Effective Plans To Support The Long-Term Goals Of The Omni And Platforms Technology Teams. They Should Also Have A Deep Understanding Of The Technology Industry And How It Relates To Hr.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Role Requires Frequent Communication With Senior Leadership, Cross-Functional Teams, And Employees At All Levels. The Candidate Must Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Information And Influence Decision-Making.
