- Develop and implement strategic audit plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting processes within Walmart.
- Lead and manage a team of auditors, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-quality performance.
- Conduct thorough and comprehensive audits of all financial records, systems, and processes to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to stay updated on business changes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance audit procedures and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review and analyze audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and present them to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to promote a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in auditing standards to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and track audit recommendations to ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Proactively identify potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
- Drive a culture of diversity, inclusion, and innovation within the audit team and across the organization.
- Provide leadership and support during external audits and regulatory reviews.
- Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to ensure understanding and support for audit initiatives and recommendations.
Extensive Experience In Audit And Risk Management: A Senior Manager, Audit At Walmart Should Possess A Proven Track Record Of At Least 7-10 Years In Conducting Audits And Managing Risk In A Large Retail Environment.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Audit Professionals, As Well As Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams Within The Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Walmart's Business Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Walmart's Business Processes, Systems, And Policies, As Well As A Thorough Understanding Of The Retail Industry.
