- Analyze and optimize the assortment across all categories to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for assortment improvement.
- Develop and maintain assortment dashboards and reports to track performance and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product selection and availability.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify gaps in assortment and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and customer preferences to inform assortment decisions.
- Utilize statistical modeling techniques to forecast sales and inform assortment planning.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline assortment analytics operations.
- Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and support for assortment strategies.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Finance, Analytics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Retail Or Merchandising Environment.
Strong Proficiency In Sql, Excel, And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Experience With Assortment Planning And Optimization, Including Knowledge Of Category Management Principles.
Ability To Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders, And Make Data-Driven Recommendations To Drive Business Growth.
