  1. Design, implement, and maintain the identity and access management system for Walmart's global operations.
  2. Utilize expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ to ensure the security and efficiency of the system.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that align with Walmart's technology strategy.
  4. Develop and implement best practices for deployment, automation, and monitoring of the SailPoint system.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the identity and access management system.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in identity and access management to continuously improve Walmart's systems.
  7. Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate SailPoint into the overall technology infrastructure.
  8. Create and maintain technical documentation for the identity and access management system.
  9. Train and provide support to other team members on the use and maintenance of the SailPoint system.
  10. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and streamline operations.
  11. Continuously monitor, test, and evaluate the performance and security of the SailPoint system.
  12. Keep track of project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as security and compliance standards.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on SailPoint and provide guidance and recommendations to leadership as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Sailpoint Identityiq: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Sailpoint Identityiq, Including Installation, Configuration, And Troubleshooting.

  • Experience With Devops Tools: A Strong Background In Using Devops Tools, Such As Jenkins, Ansible, And Docker, Is Essential For Managing And Automating Sailpoint Deployments.

  • Familiarity With Cloud Platforms: As Walmart Is A Large Organization With A Significant Cloud Presence, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Cloud Platforms Like Aws, Azure, Or Gcp.

  • Knowledge Of Iam Best Practices: As A Sailpoint Devops Engineer, The Candidate Must Be Well-Versed In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Best Practices And Understand How To Apply Them In A Complex Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Scripting And Programming Skills: A Sailpoint Devops Engineer Should Have Expertise In Scripting Languages Like Powershell, Bash, Or Python, As Well As Programming Languages Like Java Or C#, To Automate Processes And Develop Custom Solutions.
