- Stay updated on food industry trends and share knowledge and insights with the team to continually improve the prepared food department.

- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to plan and execute promotions and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Culinary Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Food Industry, Including Preparing And Cooking Food In A Commercial Or Retail Setting.
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation: Familiarity With Food Safety Regulations And Proper Handling And Storage Of Food To Ensure The Safety And Quality Of Prepared Food Products.
Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Train A Team Of Kitchen Staff, Delegate Tasks, And Ensure Efficient And Smooth Operations In The Prepared Foods Department.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Interact With Customers, Take Orders, And Handle Any Concerns Or Complaints In A Professional Manner.
