Prepared Food Lead

7. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to develop and promote new menu items.
8. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
9. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to prepared food.
10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
11. Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.
12. Stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the prepared food department.
13. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the prepared food department.
14. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other department-related data.
15. Collaborate with management to develop and achieve department goals and objectives.
