  1. Operate power equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
  2. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
  3. Load and unload trucks and trailers using power equipment.
  4. Ensure products are stored and stacked correctly in the warehouse.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production goals.
  6. Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces and around other workers.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation.
  9. Assist in training new power equipment operators.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  12. Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.
  13. Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  14. Be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
  15. Continuously strive to improve efficiency and productivity.
  16. Adhere to all quality control standards.
  17. Flexibility to work in different areas of the distribution center as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience Operating Power Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Operating Power Equipment, Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Electric Hand Trucks.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Procedures: A Qualified Power Equipment Operator Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Be Able To Follow Them To Ensure A Safe Work Environment.

  • Physical Ability: This Job Requires Physical Strength And Endurance, As Power Equipment Operators Are Expected To Lift And Move Heavy Items Throughout Their Shift.
