• Operate power equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and maintained
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct regular inspections of power equipment to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately
• Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles using power equipment
• Transport materials to designated areas within the store or warehouse using power equipment
• Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking and recording materials moved with power equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to provide exceptional service and address any concerns or questions related to power equipment operations
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge related to power equipment operation through training and development opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store or warehouse operations.
