- Operate power equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move merchandise within the distribution center.

- Inspect and maintain power equipment to ensure functionality and report any issues or malfunctions.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and trailers using power equipment.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate and timely movement of merchandise.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Educational Qualification Is Necessary For A Power Equipment Operator Job At Walmart. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Skills In Reading, Writing, And Basic Math To Understand Equipment Manuals And Safety Protocols.
Valid Certification Or License: A Valid Certification Or License For Operating Power Equipment Such As Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, And Pallet Jacks Is Required For This Job. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Proficiency In Handling The Machinery Safely.
