Paralegal, Intellectual Property
Walmart Stores Inc is seeking a Intellectual Paralegal for our Home Office Campus. This position is eligible for remote work. You will utilize strong knowledge and understanding of various domestic trademark prosecution matters to coordinate and assist with U.S. trademark registration efforts. Willing and able to follow through on complex issues.
7-10 years of global trademark paralegal experience at either law firms or in-house
Experience with online enforcement, including familiarity with DMCA takedowns and UDRP proceedings
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and manage deadlines.
Experience dealing with domestic and foreign outside counsel.
