Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment: Familiarity With Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Other Building Systems To Troubleshoot Issues And Ensure Proper Maintenance And Repair.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills: Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Store Management, And External Vendors To Resolve Maintenance Issues And Ensure Timely Completion Of Tasks.
