Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage maintenance and repair operations in a retail setting.
  2. Ensure the highest level of operational performance in Walmart stores.
  3. Manage projects, budgets, and personnel.
  4. Possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  5. Possess strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with other departments.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
  7. Develop and implement strategies for cost-effective maintenance, repair, and replacement of equipment.
  8. Monitor and review inventory levels of materials and supplies.
  9. Lead and train a team of maintenance personnel.
  10. Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to staff to ensure performance goals are met.
