Responsibilities: • Welcome customers to the store and provide friendly customer service • Assist customers with product recommendations, selection, and purchase • Ensure that merchandise is accurately stocked and displayed according to company standards • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Ensure that the store is clean and organized • Operate a POS system to process customer transactions • Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks • Maintain accurate records of daily sales and inventory • Assist with maintaining accurate store records and reports • Follow safety procedures when stocking and arranging merchandise • Participate in store promotions and activities • Assist with training new associates in product knowledge and customer service techniques
