- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move merchandise within the warehouse.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with incoming or outgoing merchandise.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from store associates and other team members.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the warehouse operations.
- Train and mentor new team members as needed.
- Flexibly adapt to changing priorities and tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
