- Stocking and organizing products in the freezer, cooler, and deli sections.
- Ensuring all products are properly rotated and have appropriate expiry dates.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Assisting customers with locating products and providing excellent customer service.
- Restocking products on the shelves throughout the day to ensure availability for customers.
- Checking inventory levels and reporting any low stock items to management.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move and organize products.
- Assisting with receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicating any customer or product issues to management.
- Participating in training and development opportunities to improve job knowledge and skills.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Level Of Education Is Typically Required For This Position In Order To Effectively Understand And Follow Instructions, As Well As Communicate With Customers And Coworkers.
Previous Retail Or Stocking Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Or Stocking Role, Particularly In A Grocery Or Deli Setting, Can Demonstrate An Understanding Of Store Operations And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Role Involves Frequent Lifting And Carrying Of Boxes And Products, So Physical Strength And Stamina Are Important Qualifications For The Job.
Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation: As This Role Involves Handling And Stocking Perishable Items, Knowledge Of Food Safety And Sanitation Practices Is Crucial To Ensure That Products Are Handled And Stored Properly.
