Distribution Warehouse Maintenance

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our distribution centers by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of experience in warehouse maintenance or a related field. Experience with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the distribution center.
2. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
4. Communicate effectively with members of the team, supervisors and other personnel.
5. Identify potential risks and make recommendations for improvements.
6. Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts.
7. Provide guidance and support to other team members.
8. Perform regular inspections of warehouse equipment and machinery.
9. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
10. Comply with safety protocols and procedures.
