Job Description

You will be a strategic partner and leader leading the Talent Acquisition team for Software Engineering, including Product, Design, and UX. You are a data-driven leader, and you incorporate data from talent review meetings into recruiting strategies and initiatives—you leveraging workforce planning to provide proactive building of talent pipelines. You are successful at driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs. You have successfully managed past business' workforce planning and talent review activities by attending talent review meetings to understand talent gaps, potential attrition, and high potential talent in the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • 5-10 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, staffing, recruiting, hiring, or related area

  • Must have at least 7 years' experience managing a team.

  • Strong communications, partnership, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent judgment and executive presence and the ability to interface with and influence senior executives.
