Developmental Technician, HVAC/R Facilities Maintenance

We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Developmental Technician to join the HVAC/R Facilities Maintenance team at Walmart. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing support and maintenance in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in our facilities. If you’re an experienced technician with a passion for helping others and are looking to join a dynamic team, this could be the perfect fit.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in HVAC/R repair and maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and a level of knowledge that includes basic electronics, industrial HVAC and refrigeration theory, refrigerant recovery and handling, and energy management. You must also be able to work independently and manage your time effectively. In addition, a positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
