About the Job The Business Insights and Data Analyst ensures functions of the department are maintained by providing tools and insights for management including key performance indicators (KPIs), data dashboards, and reporting. Investigate and implement ways to refine current dashboards to make outputs more insightful and automated. Partner with Division leaders to understand their needs and provide solutions that will guide strategic decisions & actions or that will allow their teams to do their job more efficiently. Interpret meaningful themes and identify trends from data.

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience, preferred not required

  • 1-3 years Supervisory experience, leading cross functional teams and/or external work experience

  • 4-6 years of building controls or related area, preferred not required.
