- Receive and process incoming merchandise, including unloading trucks, verifying quantities and quality, and sorting items for proper storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Label and price merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Assist in stocking shelves and displays on the sales floor as needed.
- Communicate with other team members and managers to ensure efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures when handling merchandise and operating equipment.
- Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
