Job Description

Walmart is looking for an Auto Care Center Associate who has a passion for customer service, a commitment to quality, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate must possess a strong technical background and have a keen eye for detail. This position requires an individual who is a self-starter, has great interpersonal skills, and is able to work independently. If you have a great attitude and a desire to make a difference, then we want to hear from you! We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and has a positive attitude to join our team and help us provide excellent service to our customers.The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of automobile parts and systems, strong troubleshooting abilities, and excellent customer service skills. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required. Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose automotive parts and systems.
  3. Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  5. Perform regular maintenance on vehicles.
  6. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies.
  7. Document customer service transactions and keep records of vehicle repairs.
  8. Maintain a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  9. Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
  10. Provide technical advice and assistance to customers.
