Auto Care Center Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to Walmart shoppers.
2. Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts, tools, and equipment.
3. Complete automotive repairs, maintenance, and sales tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work space.
5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
7. Offer accurate advice and information to customers regarding automotive repairs.
8. Ensure all customer orders are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
9. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a friendly, outgoing personality.
10. Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner.
11. Monitor inventory levels and order new parts and tools as needed.
12. Assist in the training of new Auto Care Center Associates.
13. Be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
