Auto Care Center Associate

Walmart is looking for an Auto Care Center Associate to join our team! We’re looking for a team player with excellent customer service and mechanical skills. The Auto Care Center Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that customer vehicles are serviced in accordance with the highest quality standards. In this role, you will be the face of our Auto Care Center, and you will provide our customers with the assurance that their vehicles are in good hands.To be successful in this position, you will need to have a friendly and courteous manner, as well as strong problem solving abilities. You will also need to have a basic knowledge of auto repair and maintenance, and be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Responsibilities:

7. Maintain cleanliness of Auto Care Center at all times.

9. Manage customer invoices and payment transactions.
10. Assist customers with selecting and purchasing auto parts and accessories.
