
Assistant General Manager
As the Assistant General Manager at Walmart, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operation of the store.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and assist customers with queries.
- Manage store operations including staff scheduling, stock management, and overseeing the daily running of the store.
- Monitor store performance and suggest strategies for improving sales and efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store policies and procedures.
- Develop training programs for new and existing staff to ensure they are up to speed with the store’s policies and procedures.
- Develop customer loyalty initiatives and initiatives for boosting sales.
- Analyze sales and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Take the lead on problem solving and making decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
