Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and other administrative tasks.
  3. Monitor customer service phone lines and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain customer databases and records.
  5. Create and update customer profiles and account information.
  6. Manage customer service emails, letters, and other correspondence.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized files.
  8. Ensure that all customer orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
  9. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  10. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
