  1. Provide excellent customer service to all Walmart customers.
  2. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  3. Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  5. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  6. Process and maintain store documents and records.
  7. Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for store management.
  8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  9. Communicate effectively with other associates and management.
  10. Ensure all office supplies are stocked and readily available.
  11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Adhere to safety and security protocols.
  15. Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
  16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  17. Proactively identify and report any issues or concerns to management.
  18. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
  19. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
