Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and respond to customer inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
  2. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and information management
  3. Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and up-to-date information
  4. Organize and manage incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence
  5. Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents as requested
  6. Execute other clerical and administrative tasks as required
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  8. Maintain a neat and organized workspace
