Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Administration and Clerical Associate to join our team at Walmart! Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for our team, including scheduling, tracking, and organizing
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, stocking, and inventorying
  • Handle daily clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Answer phones and provide customer service
  • Maintain schedules, calendars, and appointment bookings
  • Ensure accuracy of all data and documents
  • Use Microsoft Office to create spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents
