
Administration and Clerical Associate
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administration and Clerical Associate to join our team at Walmart! In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to our team. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be comfortable with multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
-Maintain daily office operations, including organizing and filing paperwork, managing supplies, and scheduling meetings and appointments -Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and creating and updating reports -Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and ensure that they are addressed efficiently and professionally -Perform data entry tasks such as entering orders and invoices into the system, and updating customer records -Support other departments by running errands, such as picking up and delivering documents -Proactively monitor and order office supplies to ensure they are always in stock -Manage and troubleshoot office equipment, such as computers, printers, and copiers -Engage in general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and binding documents -Ensure the office is properly maintained and organized at all times -Welcome clients and visitors to the office and provide them with assistance, as needed
