- Identify and attract top talent: Actively source and network with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Screening and selection: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
- Manage recruitment process: Coordinate and schedule interviews, prepare interview materials, and provide timely updates to candidates.
- Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Employer branding: Promote and maintain a positive employer brand to attract top talent.
- Data management: Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruitment data and metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Understand hiring needs and partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding: Assist with onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve and innovate our recruitment process.
- Ad hoc projects: Support various recruitment and HR projects as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to recruitment and hiring.
- Represent Walgreens: Serve as a brand ambassador for Walgreens and uphold our values and culture in all interactions with candidates and external partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruitment
Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Equal Employment Opportunity (Eeo) And Affirmative Action
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Source, Screen, And Interview Candidates
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite
