Previous Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Difficult Decisions When Necessary.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Professionally With Customers, Employees, And Company Stakeholders.
