  10. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.

  13. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve store operations and customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Difficult Decisions When Necessary.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Professionally With Customers, Employees, And Company Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Store Operations And Merchandising: Familiarity With Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Techniques To Ensure The Store Runs Efficiently And Meets Sales Targets.

  • Understanding Of Financial Management: Familiarity With Budgeting, Inventory Control, And P&L Statements To Ensure The Store Remains Profitable And Meets Financial Goals.
