Shift Lead

1. Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, handling complaints and concerns, and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
3. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering products as needed and ensuring accurate pricing and labeling.
5. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
7. Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members.
8. Address and resolve any employee or customer issues that may arise.
9. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving store sales and profitability.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
11. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
12. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
13. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and uphold company values and culture.
14. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
15. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
16. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
