Shift Lead

1. Lead and supervise store associates in order to ensure customers’ needs are met in an efficient and friendly manner.
2. Utilize excellent communication and customer service skills to foster a positive team environment.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and store efficiency.
4. Monitor store performance to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
6. Ensure store merchandise is stocked and displayed appropriately.
7. Train and motivate store associates to effectively perform their duties.
8. Oversee cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
9. Monitor store security and safety measures.
10. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
