Previous Experience In A Leadership Role: A Shift Lead At Walgreens Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Position, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Setting.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Shift Lead, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Customers, And Upper Management Is Essential.
