  1. Develop and execute customer-centric strategies across owned media platforms such as website, app, and loyalty program.
  2. Drive growth and engagement through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  3. Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improving the customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in customer strategy and messaging.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of analysts and strategists to deliver high-quality work and achieve team goals.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform future strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful execution of initiatives.
  8. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across owned media channels.
  9. Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve and innovate customer strategy.
  11. Contribute to overall business strategy and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  13. Represent the company and promote its values and mission to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Customer Strategy And Owned Media Activation, Preferably In A Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing High-Performing Teams.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Customer Behavior And Market Trends, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategies To Drive Customer Engagement And Loyalty.

  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Owned Media Activation Plans, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, And Loyalty Programs.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data And Insights To Make Informed Business Decisions And Drive Measurable Results.
