Senior Director, Micro Fulfillment Site Operations

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Micro Fulfillment Site Operations to join the Walgreens team. As the Senior Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the micro fulfillment sites, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency. Your ability to think strategically and analytically will be essential to driving success in this role.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 8+ years of experience in an operations role, and 5+ years of experience leading a team. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and people management skills, and a passion for driving results. You must also have a knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and LEAN principles. Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of operations personnel and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency of micro fulfillment sites.
2. Utilize Lean Six Sigma and LEAN principles to drive success in operations.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
4. Monitor operational performance and make adjustments as needed.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.
6. Identify areas of improvement within the operations and provide recommendations for solutions.
7. Develop and manage operational budgets.
8. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and develop solutions.
9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Ensure safety and security of all personnel and facilities.
