  1. Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement plans for key categories within the organization.
  2. Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing and terms.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align procurement strategies with company objectives.
  4. Monitor and analyze category performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive cost savings and efficiency.
  5. Manage supplier relationships and performance, including conducting regular business reviews and addressing any issues or concerns.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in procurement and category management, and apply knowledge to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  8. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for procurement initiatives.
  9. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on category performance, savings, and other key metrics to senior leadership.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
  11. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within the procurement function.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all procurement-related inquiries and issues.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the procurement team.
  14. Represent the organization in negotiations with suppliers and other external partners.
  15. Monitor and manage supplier contracts, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to terms and conditions.
  16. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to develop and implement cost reduction strategies.
  17. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, innovations, and advancements in procurement technology and tools.
  18. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential suppliers, ensuring a reliable and diverse supply base.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Procurement, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Senior Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Procurement Best Practices, Sourcing Strategies, And Contract Negotiation.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing Large-Scale Procurement Projects And Developing Cost-Saving Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills.
