- Stay informed about the company's goals and objectives to align HR service delivery accordingly.
- Monitor and report on HR service delivery metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Service Delivery, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including But Not Limited To Payroll, Benefits, And Employee Relations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Experience In Managing And Leading Complex Projects, With A Focus On Process Improvement And Efficiency.
