  1. Assist pharmacists in filling and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
  2. Maintain inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  4. Process insurance claims and handle payment transactions.
  5. Learn and follow all state and federal regulations pertaining to pharmacy operations.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and education to expand knowledge and skills in the pharmaceutical industry.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals regarding medication information and instructions.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by working closely with other pharmacy team members.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and team members.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and development within the pharmacy department.
  12. Keep accurate records and documentation of all pharmacy activities.
  13. Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical terminology and medication names.
  14. Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the pharmacist or pharmacy manager.
